How long before my order can be shipped?
Since the patent leather, the insole, the gold-tip of the heel and other parts are manufactured independently and assembled at the end, it could take 30-45 days for a one pair of shoes to be produced, especially that the specialized patent leather must be produced first for the process to move forward.
This production cycle, at any point, may change depending on the production timeline of our manufacturing partners.
Has COVID-19 affected your production and shipping?
It is inevitable that, when there is a global pandemic, business is impacted and oftentimes delayed. Currently, our estimated production cycle is 60 days or more. Your shipping status, if impacted by COVID-19, will be updated by our shipping partner on your order tracking page.
What shipping method do you use?
Versaitone partners with USPS and UPS for all domestic shipping.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We will add international shipping in the future.
How long does shipping usually take?
We partner with USPS and UPS for all our domestic shipping needs. In general, your package should take 2-8 days to arrive, starting the day a tracking number is generated. In the case of hazardous weather and other unforeseen conditions, check with USPS or UPS for your estimated shipping time frame.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do. Our express shipping will bring your package to your doorstep in 1-3 days. This service is done via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air and you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes we do. Our overnight shipping is offered by UPS.
UPS Next Day Air is the fastest delivery method we provide and your package would arrive the next business day. You will receive a tracking number for your overnight shipment.
Please note: orders weighing more than 70lbs are not eligible for overnight shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that tracking number directly on the USPS or UPS website to track your order. Alternatively, you can also log into your account, go to your orders and find tracking information there.
